1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or provide refunds only in specific circumstances to maintain product integrity and consumer safety:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged, expired, or defective (e.g., due to manufacturing issues or transit damage).
- Wrong Item Received: If the delivered item does not match your order (e.g., incorrect product or quantity).
- Product Does Not Match Description: If the item significantly differs from the description on our Site or during order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., honey, dates, nuts, oils, spices) once opened or after delivery acceptance, due to health and hygiene concerns.

2. Timeframe for Returns and Refunds

- Return Window: Eligible products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. For non-perishable dry goods (e.g., sealed spices or teas), this may extend to 10 days.
- Delivery Delays: If we fail to deliver within 5 days (same city) or 10 days (different city/rural areas), you may request a full refund within 10 days of the expected delivery date, as per the Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines 2021.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer or mobile financial service). For advance payments, delays in delivery will trigger a full refund within 10 days.
3. Return Process
